  • QHHT is a unique technique where I guide you on a journey into your own soul's wisdom, often revealing healing messages from your Higher Self. It's completely safe, natural, and deeply empowering. Most people leave feeling peaceful, connected, and transformed.

  • You are already a PRO! Believe it or not, You enter self-hypnosis every day—when you daydream, get absorbed in a movie, drive on autopilot, or drift toward sleep. Hypnosis simply guides you into this familiar, relaxed state with intention, allowing the subconscious mind to open to insight, healing, and change.

  • Bring a list of no more than 15 questions or issues you'd like to explore (physical, health, emotional, spiritual, personal, relationship, etc). Wear comfortable clothing and be ready for a beautiful deep-dive into your consciousness. I provide water and fruit.

    Day of expectations: Part 1- Deep dive into You! We’ll discuss your questions and take a short break, followed by Part 2- a guided journey for answers through hypnosis.

    Sessions minimally are 4 hours but typically longer.

  • It depends on your needs! Some clients may choose weekly maintenance for their energetic and nervous system support, while others book monthly sessions. For weekly sessions from the comfort of your home, at any time- try Sound Path Weekly!
